You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started. Depending upon peak business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone. Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given
